Hobbes, Siberian Tiger

Personal: Hobbes is a very exceptional young man. He is easily spotted by thevery pronounced "12" over his left eye. He is now sharing a cage with BamBam, Tally-Ho, Wally, Lucas, and Lisa Dawn. They love to play together. Hobbes also likes to travel, so he is one of the tigers that goesto the different schools with Tanya and Scott. He has been to DePaul University to promote the "Exotic Cat Management" program offered at DePaul. He also has the opportunity to go for walks on a leash and play at the creek because of his great understanding of his human friends. He is one of the cats that is featured in the 1998 calendar.

History: Hobbes, and his 2 brothers, Tom and BamBam were born at Turpentine Creek. Their parents are Jaspar and Tazaz. Tazaz has been implanted with a birth control device so we can control their breeding. Hobbes was named after the cartoon character "Hobbes"from Calvin and Hobbes cartoon. He was named by Joy Alfonsi fromNiles, IL who has sponsored him since birth.
